Howto 1234 [Next>>] links at bottom of page

I've obviously switched off the links to 1234 [Next>>] links at bottom of the product listing page somewhere in the admin but cannot for the life of me find it again.

OK at top of page but not appearing at bottom.

Also the Displaying n to n(of n products) is missing.
I guess they are related

in admin => Configuration => Product Info
=> Previous Next - Navigation Bar Position 1

Previous Next - Navigation Bar Position
Location of Previous/Next Navigation Bar
0= off
1= Top of Page
2= Bottom of Page
3= Both Top and Bottom of Page

And there are more:
Previous Next - Button and Image Status 0
Previous Next - Navigation Includes Category Position 1
Previous Next - Navigation Includes Category Name and Image Status 2
Previous Next - Navigation Bar Position 1
Previous Next - Button and Image Settings 0
Previous Next - Sort Order 1
Previous Next - Image Width? 50
Previous Next - Image Height? 40

Thank you for your help.
That was not the one I was after as that is the navigation in the product info - but it put me on the right track as I found it in Product Listing > Prev/Next Split Page Navigation (1-top, 2-bottom, 3-both)
