Error with Registering users after 1.3.6 upgrade

I have upgraded from 1.2.5 to 1.3.6. My original template is no longer working and I have switched to the Green Classic for now. I am working on the template upgrade (much bigger than I originally thought!).

However, now new users get an error when they register. You get an error

Check the settings on the Company minimum ...

Thank you. I set Compay to 0 and it worked, Thank you. I would have thought that was carried over with the upgrade? Anyways, now I have PayPal IPN problem. (Different post.)

Up until now, the validation for that field was not running correctly ...

Now that it is running right, the default of 2 makes it required where as you may not be using it as a required field ...
