    Default Does Setting status to Credited Back \ Cancelled actualy refund the sale?

    We're using authorize_aim and a client canceled an order. We changed the status to "Credited Back \ Cancelled [5]" but the client called back after a week or so claiming that they did not recieve the credit. Does changing the status actualy credit the order back? Or is there another way to do it?

    You need to also make your refund on your AuthorizeNet account ...

    Set the refund on the Order only updates your records but does not manage the funds to your customer ...
