    red flag We are not shipping to your region

    I have shipping and zone set up for just the United Kingdom. I am selling with only the options of flat rate delivery or free delivery over £30. Both are set for shipping zone United Kingdom. I have checked everything I can find but still get the error that we are not shipping to that region. Any other suggestions?

    Check the details on the Zone you created ... did you set them?

    I have a Zone United Kingdom set up under country United Kingdom. The Zone has 2 tax rates set for it - 0% or 17.5% both are set for Zone 1. Any other thoughts?

    Just a suggestion, but the usual error here, which we've all made, is that the code for the UK is GB, not UK.

    The Zone United Kingdom was already created when I installed it and the code was UK. I changed it to GB but it didn't seem to make a difference. All of the other references to Zones are drop downs and I can select United Kingdom from there. I am sure it is something obvious but just can't seem to find it. It was working fine but then I deleted an unnecessary Zone Definition (Canada) - not sure if that has anything to do with it. When I look at the Zone Definition UK, it has 1 Zone and 3 tax Rates but when I go to the Tax Rates there are only 2. Anything in that give anything away?

    Not sure where you would of gotten the default of UK as the Shipping Module zone has a default of US,CA ...

    The UK was set up as a Zone but wasn't the default in the shipping module. I changed that to the UK Zone.

    Just to clarify, I am only trying to use the flat rate shipping and the Free Shipping Options. Everything else is turned off.

    Appreciate any help you can give. Starting to go made now!!!

    Check your Locations/Taxes .... Zone Definition ...

    Click on your UK Zone ...

    Click on Details ...

    Petath,
    Are you getting the error from the shipping estimator or from the checkout process?
    There are country settings in Config-My Store for the store, in Config-Shipping/Packaging for the country of origin, more for the Zone definitions, and in shipping for the selected zones.
    Then of course the customer is ordering from a country/zone.
    If you are comfortable with databases, I would look at the entries in the database tables, as that is probably the quickest way to find the mismatch.
