Fake Customer Profiles

I am getting several SPAM customer profiles created a day where they fill in the whole form with a link to **** sites...email addresses like ##########@gmail...I know when these are created cause I get a failure notice of the fake email address. I have just been deleting these fake accounts, but I keep wondering if someone is actually going around to Zen Carts and taking the time to create these spam accounts and what for...it's not like anybody will ever see these url's. Or is there a way they are doing it without actually going to the store.
I noticed on orders their IP address is listed so I thought maybe I could block an ip address but I can't find that in the account information just on an order.
Is there a way to stop this?

One thing that you might try is the following module, this will split off any automated methods of account generation.

I looked as I thought that there was once a module that generated and image with text that must be entered for verification....but I did not locate it.

Thanks! But I don't know how to "Apply the included CAPTCHA.sql file via the usual method" as per the read me...there's no instructions on what/how to do this...

to use captcha verification system is very easy just upload the files as u they are provided and as u have said u can;t upload the sql file in usual manner then just open it in notepad and copy the entire file into text box simple
it will work

I am getting Cart emails, that sick does not describe.
I am not the only Zen Carter to receive this type of sick email.

I think this is a serious issue,
that negatively impacts the Zen Cart Open Source ideal.

Idea: in the Cart email there could be,
in one of the 3 drop down lists, the option to,
[block this selected email address].
This would limit to 1 this type of email, per user address.
Also there seems to be a bot ordering issue,
that this may help to stop..
I know that the Host can do this, but it should be a Cart option.
