FedEx Mod Download

So I downloaded the FedEx Mod for installation and followed the directions, seemed pretty easy. Well FedEx doesn't show up as an option when I'm in the Admin. Am I missing something?

This is all their was for instructions:

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Upload the includes/modules and includes/languages folders

2. Go to admin->modules->shipping->fedex Express/Ground
a. click Install
b. Make sure to fill in ALL fields ( Exception: Leave Meter Number set to NONE this will auto fill from fedex )
Dont mess with cUrl unless you have a problem
c. If you use godaddy you will need to enter the cURL proxy information in the approporiate box
d. Set shipping zones if you use them

OK did you make sure to upload the files into the correct places,

what do you see when you open
includes/modules/shipping/ in ftp.

please list any files and folder names

I bet that's the problem. The read me does not say to upload to shipping...

no the read me says to upload in the exsisting file structure,

so any files that are in the fedex download
need to be uploaded into their matching folders

any files in includes/modules/shipping/ in the fedex download need to be uploaded into the server into the includes/modules/shipping/

same with the language files

Merlin, What the difference between the one that is currently available in the download section and the previous version that you've provided us that works perfectly?
