Updating product prices and stock directly from suppliers websites

Hi Guys,

The items I sell change quickly from in stock to out of stock and I use drop shippers who ship directly to my customers.
The trouble is, if I update manually every week or month, a customer can order a few days later and the item will be sold out

For each item I sell usually 3 suppliers have it, it would be great to have a program that can 'grab' their stock and also find the lowest price?

If there any way for my site to "grab" the stock from my supplier's website in real time and update my stock accordingly?

I have around 3 suppliers, so for each product I would like to look it up on the suppliers sites and as long as one has it in stock my site can display in stock, if they all sell out then I want my site to display out of stock?

Two of the sites actually give me a excel / txt list with a unique product code and a column for availability so at the moment what I am thinking is a spreadsheet using the VLOOKUP function to lookup the code in the suppliers list and return the stock level? But even so at the moment I am cutting and pasting the stock lists every week into excel ... If anyone is experienced in this pls send me a PM

Is there any easier way to do all this?
