The image it's looking for is :
/includes/templates/template_default/images/bc_info.gif
I don't know why it's looking for it but that's the one. Did you by chance install better categories ? I don't see the call for the stylesheet in there - but that would create this effect.
You also have a few other issues going on if you look at your site in FF.
Your header is taking the left side of the screen and content the right - and they are each taking the whole screen.
Not much help - but hopefully a little :)

i tried to insert an image with that file name and it still shows the x how can i remove it so it dosnet look for the image i dont know why in firefox it does not show the x and the page is misalined but in internet explorer the red x is there but the page is alined
You might want to check you IE options to see if show pictures option is switched on. Go to Tools ---> Internet Options ---> Advanced and scroll down to the multimedia section - check if Show Pictures option is ticked.
