Ok, here is a new twist to orders not showing up . . .

I am using the skipjack payment mod. About an hour ago somebody placed an order on our website. They went all the way through the checkout. We have their money. But no order was created. But what is more bizarre is I cant find them in the user tracking and there is no account in the customers name! I've figured out what they purchased through searching for the price and we have the customers name and info from skipjack, but how did the customers account get erased?! I've even looked in recover cart and there is nothing.

Anyways, any thoughts would be appreciated.
