Try reloading the /admin
See if you just have a bad upload of files ...

Okay, tried that and still isn't green and still doesn't have the buttons...also, having trouble finding orders. I posted another thread about that.
Check the /admin/configure.php
Are you using the right database, username and password?
Are you using the right path to your upgraded site?

Yes, yes, ma'am, it's all right. I've done this lots of times, that's how I know it should be green...but it isn't. It's showing my previous orders in the admin and in my account, so I know it's the right database, right store...but it's not green and it has no buttons.
Happen to have Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com where you could do a FTP compare of v1.3.6 and your website?
And while it sounds silly ... you are openned to the right website in FTP and the right directory etc.? And you are loading from the right directory on your computer to your website and not an old version?![]()

Well, yes and it says I'm running 1.3.6 right there in the admin panel. I don't have Beyond Compare, either...any other suggestions?
For giggles, view the file, on the server, for:
/admin/includes/configure.php
Is it correct?
Do you have any customization to the actual files in /admin ... if not, rename the /admin directory to /admin_HIDE
Now reload the /admin from v1.3.6 and then check your file before loading it to the site for /admin/includes/configure.php and make sure all is right in the world ... then load it ...

Okay, I'll try that. I am waiting for the client to send me back the ftp password as I left it on my ftp client at the office, but I'll try that and see what happens. I was asking myself if she might have put some custom stuff somewhere, but I can't imagine that she would have, given that I've done her templates and everything. But, I'll take a peek around when I get that password.
Now if paypal would just start working again, we'd be set.
