Need to add dropdown and check box options to product

I needed to add a dropdown option next to my products (basically they are T shirts and I need the dropdown for customers to select size)

Something like:

Also I need a check box option.

How are these done?? Any help is highly appreciated !!

Those are done with Option Names, Option Values and Attributes ...

Be careful on checkboxes ... they have the least control where as with Dropdowns and Radiobuttons you can have a lot more control on ensuring that the customer selects a choice they meant to make ...

Trying a search on those terms should help on the Forum, FAQs and Wiki ...

There are a lot of threads that I have written that break these down in addition to many others who have had a hand in breaking down the steps to using Option Names, Option Values and Attributes ...

Another method is to load a test directory with a test database with the demo data so that you can actually see how the various parts are made and the Attributes are built on the products ...

The demo products can teach you a great deal when you are trying to build your own ...
