Order Number: doesnot show first time but if you refresh then it does ?

Hi,

Using Zen cart 1.3.6 full new install.

Order number on the 'Order Confirmation' page does not show first time but if you refresh the page or check in the admin/orders it does ?

Most people will not know what to do. Anyone know why its doing this?
