You just said "too tight on main folder" and then you quoted two filenames. Folders and filenames are different.

The instructions for setting permissions talk about certain settings for folders, and other settings for certain files. Did you follow those exactly? What exactly did you set each of those to?

Nothing in the permissions documentation talks about the /admin/configuration.php file. As such, it should be treated as any other non-mentioned file.

I fixed it all and have been having a ball with it. (first-timer

)

Now I have a new challenge.
I reset the password for the admin and wrote it down but for some reason it wont let me in now.
I tried clicking the email a reminder but it doesn't accept my email.
I am really panicked over this one.

WHOOPS-I meant directory not folder

BEGGING FOR HELP NOW - REALLY BEGGING
I am on my second day trying to solve my lock out issue.
