Eliminating Provincial Sales tax from Wholesale Price Group

I am curious if its possible to eliminate PST (provincial sales tax) from my wholesale price group, any ideas?

I am also interested to know if this is possible, and if so, how it would be accomplished. I just installed a v1.3.6 on a test site and there doesn't seem to be a straightforward way of doing this other than having 2 stores with different tax zones.

Ideally, provincial sales tax exemption would work properly if, in the process of setting up a business as a wholesale customer, the tax exemption would automatically take effect when the customer’s provincial sales tax exemption number were entered into his customer record.

I see that there is a download for Tax Exemption Status (Home :: Downloads :: Other Modules :: Tax Exemption Status) that seems to be what I was looking for. However, it has 2 major bugs that need to be fixed.

Since this would be a crucial part of a B2B system, is there any chance that this download could be fixed and integrated with an upcoming release of Zen-Cart?
