place order in behalf of customer?

Hi. Is there a way to enter an order to a particular customer? Scenario is this: a customer created an account....then decieded to call the merchant and tell their order....the merchant needs to enter the order to show up on the customer's account, so the customer can log in and check the order status and all that.... is there a way to acieve this? I couldn't find a mod for this, is there one?

I believe that the "Master Password" mod (if it is still there) allows one to do this
