cross sell and cross sell in cart

i know it is a syntax error somewhere... i have cross sell advance and cross sell in cart.......

i get this above the item in the cart

TEXT_XSELL_PRODUCTS

i have searched threw several files and cant seem to find where to fix that

Is there a defines for TEXT_XSELL_PRODUCTS?

This is usually where an error/omission can be found

i couldnt find it... i read on another thread about putting that in the product_info.php.. but on that screen is fine.. so i added it tp the cart_upsell.php

still nothing.... i am just oging to cut it out for now... if anyone has an idea... i would appreciate it... thanks
