i've tired the modyourzencart version of the payment module, but i'm having some problems with it.

1. the orders aren't being passed back to zen cart. i get the confirmation emails,, but no notification in zc that an order has been placed.

2. there is no option to select the credit card type.

3. after submitting an order, i get the error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: apache_request_headers() in (install directory)/includes/modules/payment/itransact.php on line 197

any fixes on these?
