Please Help, Google Checkout

I've got google checkout installed with only one other contrib. stock to product attributes. When I get to the end of the shopping cart checkout, and select google checkout. all it does is post the order as a new order in admin, and does not forward me to google checkout. So I need to know what everyone's thoughts are, the web address is

I've been trying to figure it out for 3 days now, in the admin both contribs work fine, I've followed the directions to a tee, and cant figure it out. PLEASE HELP.

Have you tried looking through the other thread in this topic? Start about page 34 for a number of troubleshooting techniques.
