Admin user

i was wondering how i can give admin to a site member?

Depends on why you want to give someone that kind of control over your site ...

If you mean for someone to have full control of your site with the thought in mind that they can destroy your site if they choose ... you can create a new Admin account for them to use in the Tools ... Admin Settings ...

Just be careful ... and make sure you have a reason to give access to another person before you do so ... and it is always a good idea to backup both your site and your database before doing so ... to prevent "accidents" from happening ... remember what happend in Oz ...

ok i have another question

i added a item and on just this item when i go to view it in the store i get this

could you tell me how to fix this?

Sounds line you have space(s) or blank line(s) at the end of the file listed after the ?>

php does not like space(s) or blank line(s) before the first <?php or after the last ?> in a file ...

Btw, can I give an admin username/password to an employee, but only with a restriction to View? I need him to print the the invoices/packing slips to label the product boxes, but I don't want to give him full control over my site ... Is there any option for that? Or change in a php file? Or can I export somehow that info so I don't have to give him admin access?

Admin Profiles from the download section will allow you to give users limited access to the admin functions. Just remember to give yourself access to everything.
