How do I give 20% off + Free Shipping

I need to make a coupon that gives a customer 20% off and free shipping.
Right now, If I activate free shipping it seems to over-ride 20% discount.

Also too I getting this strange message if I click on my coupon name in the Step 2 of 3 - Payment Screen..

Do you have the ability to install another instance of Zen Cart with it's own DB and the demo products?

This is fully possible, but a bit invloved to explain from a far. There is an excellent example of this in the demo products.

Discount Coupons can be setup for:

1 Amount OFF

2 Percentage OFF

3 Free Shipping

But ... they cannot be setup, at this time, for a combination of two of the three ...
