I have input the iso country code for Taiwan as "TW", which I check is correct code, for my shipping and zone setup. However, when I tested it at the "Estimate Shipping" on the shopping cart, it show that I don't ship to the region.

I did a random check for the estimated shipping to other countries, it seems to work fine. May I know if I am missing anything here?
