USPS Shipping Module Handling Fee Question

I added a $3 handling fee to USPS orders in the USPS settings. I have the module set up to work with the USPS Web Tools API to get shipping prices automatically. When the module goes out to get the shipping charges, it bundles the handling fee in with the shipping charges so it looks like shipping will cost $9 instead of $6. I see this as a potential problem when customers see the USPS shipping label reflecting $6 instead of the $9 we charged them. Is there a way to break out handling fee as a seperate line item so the customers can see exactly what they are being billed for?

You would need to make an order totals module for the handling fee and remove the handling fee from the shipping module ...

Otherwise the price is combined ...

Alternatively, if you use Stamps.com or Endicia.com you can hide your postage amount on the label.
