    Did you turn off this setting in the Configuration ... Product Listing ...
    PHP Code:
    Show SubCategories on Main Page while navigating
    Show Sub
    -Categories on Main Page while navigating through Categories

    0
    off
    1
    on
    Might perhaps try turning it back on and see if that helps ...

    Hello,

    I'm having th same problem. I do have
    Show SubCategories on Main Page while navigating
    Show Sub-Categories on Main Page while navigating through Categories
    set to 1.

    I still can't get the subcategories to show on main page.
    Any other setting that could cause this?

    Thanks for the help.

    Make sure that you do not have Products and Categories Mixed in your Categories

    Categories hold Categories or Products not both ...

    Check the template file for:
    /includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_category_row.php

    and your overrides directory:
    /includes/templates/your_template_dir/templates/tpl_modules_category_row.php

    make sure it is calling the file:
    PHP Code:
    require(DIR_WS_MODULES zen_get_module_directory('category_row.php'));

    Have you an URL where this is happening that we can peek at?

    Ok when I switch to the default template (green), it seems to work fine.
    When I change to the blue template it does not. (this was a download of several templates that I installed)
    These templates have the CSS and Images folders only with a template_info.php file, nothing else.

    tpl_modules_category_row.php in tmplate_default is calling
    require(DIR_WS_MODULES . zen_get_module_directory('category_row.php'));

    The site is www.cyberspecks.com

    Thanks for the quick response.
