Just a question before I go to upgrade... currently I have removed all but about 5 or 6 countries on my store, so people can't register if their country isn't listed. Will the PayPal express stuff bypass this restriction, or will it abide by it? I know I can set up zones for PP express and everything, but not sure how that would work out with being able to purchase without an account. Thanks

When the customer returns to your site and their new account is created, their address information is checked.
If there are zones restrictions applied to the PayPal Express Checkout module such that is only available to folks in a certain zone, then the customer will be asked to choose a different payment option while progressing through checkout, and the Express options already set will be ignored..
