Hello All,
I am having the same problem:
BIG problem is that even though I'm being notified of payment/order from Pay Pal, Zen cart does NOT register ANY orders, nor does it email a copy or notification of order to me.
Please help!

Clean install or an upgrade?
How did you do your install and upgrade?
If running v1.3.7, have you added the latest PayPal Patch at:

I am having this same problem, not with all the orders, just some. I have installed the PayPal patch as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the Paypal module but I am still missing orders.

Now it seems as though I'm having the no order showing up problem with all my orders - the last 9 in a row have not shown up and I have only received the paypal confirmation. I would really liked to fix this so I don't have to keep emailing people to find out what they ordered and so they can retreive their downloads (this is the whole reason I switched to Zencart, so my customers can get their downloads right away and I wouldn't have to keep emailing them). Thanks.
1. The no-order-showing-in-Zen Cart problem is typically a result of incomplete communications from PayPal to you.
Troubleshooting for that issue is found here:

2. we will need to see transaction logs from your PayPal activity in order to determine what is or isn't happening for these transactions.
Instructions for activating debug logging are here:

Please post a link to zipped log files when you have turned it on and run some tests.
