I just create a site with flash banner its working fine if I use internet explorer but with fire fox everything mixed up !

would that be IE6 it works with? Cause in IE7 it looks the same as firefox.

Yes, IE6 shows the flash header above the page content.
My guess is that it is a position: absolute related issue. But I wasn't able to nail it down in your stylesheet. Perhaps it's in your flash file, but I'm no flash expert ...
If may be so blunt, you may want to consider removing your flash header entirely: 1) it makes your page load (very) slow, and 2) it forces an ugly horizontal scrollbar. Just my opinion, you can do with it whatever you like.
