Display price/add to cart - show price only?

How can I get only the price to show in the product listing instead of the price and the add to cart quantity field?

guessed this was just a matter of the number this is set to but confused, default was 3, showing price and field, 0 turns both off, 1 turns both on 2 does nothing, 3 changes the column position, nothing else seems to have an affect...

Help?

Set this to anything but 0, the value is the sort order of the columns:

Display Product Price/Add to Cart
Do you want to display the Product Price/Add to Cart

Set this to 0

Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product)
Do you want to display the Add to Cart Button?

NOTE: Turn OFF Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status to use Option 2 on with Qty Box per Product

Now instead of Price and Add to Cart you will see the Price and ... more info

so I have the price and "more info" this is on products with attributes, on products with out I get the little add to cart box can I get rid of this text and the box, and have just the price? on all products irrespective of wether or not they have attributes applied?

With the settings I gave you, all Products with or without attributes would read
$XX.XX
... more info

You would need to customize the Product Listing to not show the ... more info as the define MORE_INFO_TEXT is used in many other places as well ...

I have an identical need. I don't want to show the "more info" OR the "add to cart" options in the product list area.

Is there a way to show only the title and the price?

Turn off things you do not want to see in the Configuration ... Product Listing ...

Linda, you always have the answers, I need to add the Price to the add to cart box. I don't like it being at the bottom of the description, how can i do that? or even move the price above the product description below the product image. this is in the product page.

The code for the price is between the tags:

in the tpl_products_info_display.php file of the template ...

Copy that file to your templates and overrides directory and then you can rearrange where it is placed ...

I have a related question. I was trying to make some changes via the admin > Configuration > Product Listing page but any changes I made there did not reflect on my site. I am using a custom template and I'm also utilizing the override system. Any ideas??
