    Default Order Status - Repeated Twice on Customer Emails

    All,

    When a customer gets a 'processing' or 'pending' or any other order status email, the email wil say 'Pending Pending' or 'Processing Processing'; i.e it repeats the order status twice.

    Anyone know why this is? under Localization > Order Status the editable text box only has one entry in it, so this is not the cause.

    What version of Zen Cart are you running?
    And are these text-only or HTML-formatted emails where you're seeing this?

    Hi Linda,

    I am running 1.3.0.2 (yes I know I should upgrade!!)

    I definitely see this on HTML emails; not sure about text-only - I can't get to emails at the minute (I'll update you when I can)

    This is a bug in that version that was fixed ...

    You might download v1.3.7 and see the differences in the files for the fix on the HTML emails ...

    And yes, upgrading is definitely encouraged to fix numerous security issues and other bugfixes in the last several upgrades since that version ...
