Extra documents/links on products

Folks...

the answer is probably staring me in the face but I can't find it. I want to have the facility to include links and documents for individual products. e.g. I would like to be able to include a link to an FAQ, a user manual and a PDF datasheet. How do I do this within of Zen Cart?

I have explored EZ Pages but these do not seem to work in a context sensitive way - I only want to display the FAQ for a product when that product is being displayed by the user.

I have spent hours trying to make this happen but with no success.
