Download light is Red ....

When you click on the attributes icon for a product in admin it shows you the zip and whether it is valid.

Right now I get a red invalid dot. Yet, when i click to go the attributes controller, the zip is valid with a green in the attributes listing.

I would like to see without having to go clear to the attributes controller if the file is valid or not.

It also shows valid in the downloads manager.

Your help is appreciated. :)

Have you and example of the filename?

Are these located in the /download directory and not in subdirectories?

I have screen shots here. 155 is the product screen when you hit the attributes icon. 156 is the attributes controller screen (by clicking on the attribs controller button)

I am not sure what 156 is as it doesn't open ...

But I did try that filename on my site and no problems in Attributes Controller or Download Manager both are green and I can make an order for it and download it ...

156 just showed the green light on the attributes controller page that was clicked immediately after the attributes page that shows the red light. :)

We aren't having complaints of non-available downloads...so not sure what is going on there. :)

I am not really sure why you would get a valid and invalid icon on the same file ...

I cannot reproduce that from what I am seeing ...

Had exactly same situ as ksoup describes, when upgrading from
1.25 to 1.302..
zip file is in correct folder(download), customers can download, after purchase,
but shows red attributes icon for a product in admin,and shows green icon in attributes controller.
About to upgrade again to 1.37, so will see if this rectifies anamoly.

Is there a way to add that green light to the product listing so you don't have to go through 2 pages to see it?

You can view all green lights via admin/catalog/downloads manager.
Regarding product listing, no idea how, but hopefully ajeh may view your
post and provide answer, as she wrote downloads module.

does admin have a separate setting somewhere that will point it to the downloads directory... I am baffled... the red light doesn't go away...even if you remove the attribute and put it back on the product.
