    The order details can be mailed and set up in the admin > emails options > Send Copy of Order Confirmation Emails To > enter the emails addresses to mail to

    I am also looking for a solution to email a packing slip as an attachment. (i.e. PDF or MS Word)

    Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Thanks!

    Click on packing slip go to file (on IE)>send>page by email
    then you have to find it on your computer (at least on mine) it tells you were it is located, attach it and your done!
    Hope this helps!

    Here's how to send the slip as a PDF in Mac OSX:

    1. Open the packaging slip in your browser.
    2. Select File->Print
    3. In the print dialog, select the PDF dropdown (to the left of the print button) and select "Mail PDF".
    4. You email program will open with a new mail window and a PDF of the packaging slip as an attachment.

    I would not send the packaging slip as a Word document to clients, because you can't be 100% sure they own Word and because the the client could then easily edit it's contents.
