    Default Zencart not working for this customer

    I had a customer email to tell me that she got an error message after adding an item to her cart and clicking "checkout". I went to log in to my Zencart, and after entering my admin name and password, I get the same "page cannot be displayed" message. I have no idea what is going on or how I can even fix it if I can't log in to my Zencart control panel. It's like its just gone. I tried having the password resent and I get the same error page on that, too.

    Anyone ever had this happen? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    The URL? Have you made any changes to the site recently? Has your host made any changes?

    Sorry, can you tell I'm a little stressed? lol. It's www.bellarosadesigns.com and I just realized that my webhost may have changed me over to a different server due to problems with one going down. That would mean I have to change something in the dns code probably?

    I think you need to talk to your host as I am getting an error that says:

    bellarosadesigns has sent an incorrect or unexpected message. Error code: -12263
    Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

    OK I spoke to support at my hosts and there were some settings they had to change at their back end.

    Glad you got it worked out. My host had moved my site to another server and some files had gotten corrupted or droppted during the move. Once it was restored from a backup, everything worked fine again.
