Replace Logo area with an html table?

I created a Masthead for the top of the page in a table with a simple animation.

The way I have it now is having the store load inside an inline frame.

I would like to have it without the inline frame.

Could someone tell me how to code this?

Open your tpl_header.php and replace the section labeled Branding Display with your table.
