Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class base:order

Hi All

Did a fresh install for 1.3.7, linux

Could not turn off Register Globals (.htaccess method not allowed)

Install otherwise seemed to go okay, also installed demo store

Admin pulls up, store comes up okay

Created user account and test item, added test item to cart, got to the Delivery Information page of checkout, but then clicked to go to Payment page and got the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class base:order in /home/username/public_html/cart/includes/classes/order.php on line 20

Any idea what this could be?

And you have not altered the code in any manner?

And you installed this in a clean directory?

Totally fresh db, just created

Code is native, just tweaked a few minor admin settings like password length, Email salutation (off), that sort of thing, but otherwise, totally stone cold

Checking with host for how to turn off register_globals, but not sure if this will make a difference with the above error

Very weird ...

I turn off the setting on my site and cannot reproduce this error just because of Registered Globals being OFF or ON ...

Would you like to see the install admin? Not sure if maybe looking at Admin > Tools > Server/Version Info might help

Just now managed to turn off register_globals.....no change, still same error
