    Default echeck question

    1.3.7 clean install
    Have not yet turned on PPExpress
    After install, uninstalled / reinstalled IPN
    Went live....been booking orders, things seem normal.

    Until this am, catch a echeck order (payPal IPN)....in the past, the orders were entered into the admin w/status pending....

    This one, no record anywhere......

    Any chance something changed in 1.3.7 that doesn't return the order to admin until clears? or something wrong......

    Being IPN, no details as to what the cust. ordered.....would rather not have to contact him for details.....

    As of this am, have turned on logging in IPN.

    Have been thru http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/PayPal

    On 1.3.6 I had one order (ccard) do this, not sure we ever figured out why.....had to contact cust. and tell him we refunded his papal for order, and asked to reorder.....that was a little different since it was ccard...and not echeck......

    To recap:
    Paypal has the transaction
    It is an echeck in paypal 'wait mode"
    Zen admin shows nothing.....
    Installed vers: 1.3.7
    after install uninstalled/reinstalled IPN
    been booking orders all around this one

    seems to be glaring as a possible change/glitch to do with echecks/1.3.7?

    Please turn on Debug Log (to file).
    Wait for a new echeck transaction to go through.
    Wait for it to clear.
    Then zip the ipn log files and post. If you'd rather email it privately, PM me for an email address.

    the vers. 2 of the stuck orders (one with push to DB button) did the trick! Just so I am clear, after reading http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...0&postcount=21 regarding this issue, then the readme that came along with the stuck orders, the admin side is whole, and looks fine, but am I understanding that the customer "my acct" area will not show this transaction? Just trying to be ready for if/when cust. gets excited.....?

    I am further assuming that when this echeck clears, it won't find this record to update? or will it?

    BTW, when I looked at my stuck paypal view, over 250 records in it.....other than the PayPal choke, causing my particular senario, what else populates this DB?
