Newsletter Subscription Module - Quick question please?

Hi there,
I really would like to install this module and have put it off because of the read me file.
I read throught it and couldn't make heads or tails of it.

My question is:
Do you install this module like others, where you replace the corrisponding files and add the database file into Myphp Admin?
(I have installed the Australian Post module before)

Or is there a whole lot of fiddling involved as I am no php wizz

There are unfortunately quite a few modified core files in that one. The basic installation is to rename all of the YOUR_TEMPLATE directories with the name of your template, then upload all files, overwriting the stock files. Then, when you go to the Subscription Manager (under Customers), it will prompt you to install it which creates the necessary database tables. All in all, it is pretty simple.
