Importing products from 1.3.0 to 1.3.7 after upgrade?

Hi - I had to do a clean install after my 1.3.0 site was hacked. I installed 1.3.7 and then followed the OSC --> Zen Cart instructions ( https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=10 ) to import the products from my old site to my new site. I didn't get any database errors, and importing seemed to work, but none of the products are showing up in my new store. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

Are there step by step instructions for exporting the products/categories from an older version of Zen cart to the latest version of Zen cart?

did you import the categories and the categories to products tables?

I thought I had. I just tried to re-do it, and I'm running into an error. I exported the products table from my 1.3.0 database (and chose data and complete inserts and nothing else) and then tried to import it into my 1.3.7 database and I got this error:
