I want to be able to offer people the chance to pay deposits for events that our club has. Some members will be added to the group pricing so they get a % off purchases but I don't want to include the event deposits into the discounts.
I thought of doing gift vouchers with names such as event 1 on 1st January 2007 for £5.00 etc.
I have read through many messages but cannot see one that helps me with this so can anyone help please?

Group Discounts do not discount Gift Certificates ...
The products_model that begins with GIFT and marked as a Product is Virtual YES prevents that from happening ...Linda McGrath
