Do you get other emails from your store? For example, if you sign yourself up, do you get a confirmatory email? If you place an order successfully, do you get two emails - one as the customer and one as the store owner?

I had this problem. I fixed it by adding an email address (in the format specified) in Admin > Configuration > Email Options > Set "contact us" email dropdown list.
I previously had nothing specified in this field and was not receiving emails.
Hello
I require some assistance, Please
When I fillout the form on th econtcat us page, and click send, nothing happens.
Hovering over the button, does not indicate a url in the status bar.
my site is www.protrolley.com
Thanks
Your problem looks rather different to the ones above. Looking at your URLs I suspect that you are using a URL rewriter and that this is not correctly formulating, or decoding the URL to which you go when you click send on the contact page.
I recommend that you check out the support thread for the particular URL rewriter that you are using and if the problem isn't already covered there, post the question in that thread as its where you're most likely to find somebody with useful info.

OK. Thank you
I have tried it with the SEFU switched off, but my main concern is that the actual button is not doing anything.
When you hover over it, the bottom information bar does not display the intended URL, where as the "Back" button does.
Thanks
Mike
I unconvinced that there is a problem here. Or if there is, it's not that which you are describing.
The reason that the URL appears for the back button is because it's a simple link. The reason it doesn't appear for the send button is because this is the submit button for a form where the data is passed behind the scenes using the global $_POST variable.
You can verify this for yourself by going to this site where there is a near default installation of Zen Cart 137 which functions in exactly the way you have described as a problem.
There is further evidence that the send now button works in that when I click on it without entering any data I get a screen with errors. It has gone off, tried to process the form data and rightly concluded that it is incomplete. This is further than it was getting yesterday, so that's progress.
If, when complete information is given, you still don't receive the emails, I would recommend that you now review some of the posts higher in the thread to check that you have your mail address for contact_us set up correctly.

Hi,
I am having exactly the same problem as Mike.

The send button does not have a link on mouse over.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Jamie

Greetings
Just like to pass on something that has tied me up for the last few days.
In E-mail options Set "Contact Us" Email Dropdown List
If you do not use a name in front of the e-mail address, the e-mail address must me specified as the following example.
<[email protected]>
instead of this
[email protected]
Otherwise the contact us page will not work.
I hope this helps and is a bit of a trap.
Cheers
