URGENT - Orders not Posting /Session expiration notice?

I'm really hoping someone can help me out here we've got a huge mess that hopefully be easily fixed.

A little background first.
We have a website called www.shopsuzette.com which is essentially just an implementation of Zen Cart. We recently had to move it to another server for the purpose of being able to do secure transactions. The cart and DB were backed up from the original shared server and then re uploaded and imported to the new server with dedicated IP and SSL. Everything seemed to be working just fine, all our products were there everything was cool.

We then had a customer contact us and tell us that he could not purchase anything from the cart because after he submitted the order he was returned from Authorize.net to a page that said Woops Your Session Has Expired and has you attempt to log in again which only takes you to the main login page.

The order is also never posted to Zen Cart so we have no idea what has been ordered within the Zen Administration.

Ok here is where it get's really weird. The transaction actually get's posted through authorize.net receipts through auth get generated and the transaction actually posts to their credit card.

Why am I not getting the Congratulations page after the order has transpired and Why are they not getting posted to the Zen Admin?

Please help before we have some terribly upset customers.

You don't go to AuthorizeNet ...

Check and see if you are able to create a new account ...

If not, check to see if you have Recreate Sessions enabled and turn that to false ...

What version of Zen Cart are you running?
Can you upload the /zc_install/techsupp.php file and run it from your browser, and post the output here?

1. Ok i was able to successfully add myself as a new customer, again tried to purchase something under that account and got that same error.

2. Not sure where to find the recreate sessions code to check that, if you can let me know exactly where i'll check that as well.

3. Don't know what you are referring to with AIM and SIM?

4. Dr. Byte, here is what was generated by running the techsupp.php script. Also i'm running version 1.3.6

I hope this all makes sense to someone because it surely doesn't to me.
Also i've added a test product in the cart if you want to test out what i'm talking about it will cost you 2 cents however ;-)

The only thing I see there of any concern is that your PHP is running in CGI mode, which is often quirky.

To address your question about session-recreation, you could go to Admin->Configuration->Sessions and change ONLY the "recreate session" setting.
Perhaps you could copy and post the settings for the other options on that same screen, here?
