Moving to NEW URL, How to configure

Setting up on different URL.
Going to new hosting.
They gave me a temp address like
http://grannysteacozies.officewebsiteonline.com

We want to get it all set up and tested before we make it public.
When I set it up it pointed to the above address.
Well, when change DNS, the new domain address will be
http://grannysteacozies.com

The only thing that I can find is at public_html/admin/includes/configure.php

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://grannysteacozies.officewebsiteonline.com');

Is it as easy as changing these four addresses in this configure.php?
