WARNING: Admin Activity Log table ?

Hello everyone,

So far, my site has been doing not too badly, although recently I got this when I logged in recently:

"WARNING: The Admin Activity Log table has records over 2 months old and should be cleaned ... 11-13-2006"

May I ask what this is, and is a back-up fully required (I do not know how to back the system up :< {noob} ) If I clean it, do all my products get lost?

Any information is appreciated as nothing was found in the tutorial or old posts that I can find.

this is a log of all clicks in your stores admin for the last 2 months
If you are sure that you have not had any security breaches then you can go ahead and follow the directions to empty the table

I did that Merlinpal...thanks very much. But I am still unsure what you mean by "clicks". Does it take up alot of memory/space?

Is it vital to clean it when told to do so.
