application error Physical path is incorrect - Error

    Hello,

I am installing zen cart 1.37 on a Windows 2003 server with plesk. I keep getting the error "Physical path is incorrect". The default value is
"D:/home/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs" which appears to be correct. I even checked under phpinfo.

I have already set full permissions for the IUSR to the relevant files and directories. I have installed zen cart successfully and easily on other windows machines (apache, albeit), so I am pretty knowledgable in this area.

Anyone have any ideas on what might cause this error.

I tried that. I get the same error and the result adds a slashes to the field.

    "D:\\\\home\\\\vhosts\\\\mydomain.com\\\\httpdocs"
