Opening order minimum and re-order minimums - possible in ZC?

My wholesale store has a $200 opening order minimum and a $100 re-order minimum. Is there a good way (easy) to set this up in ZC - is it even possible? Can it be done with group pricing? I know there is a low-order fee thing - but that doesn't really help me with having to differentiate between first orders and subsequent orders.

Does anyone know a way to do this?

There is an add-on for minimum order ... you might be able to adapt that to cover both conditions ...
