Using zen cart payment system

Hi, I know than zen cart is a integrated e'commerce system, but I want to aks if it's possible to use only zen cart's payment system and to fit it on my website. For example I have a website with some sections and one of this section is called CD. What I want is to insert the zen cart payment system in this section so an online user will be possible to buy CD's.

How can I do that with zen cart because I have already a backoffice for my site and zen cart is using also a backoffice...It is possible to give up to the style zen cart works..for example New Products, Featured, Currencies, Information...and just use the payment system?

How can I do that?
