Send Gift Certificate Page

The "Sending a Gift Certificate" link in the Gift Certificate FAQ states the following: "To send a Gift Certificate you need to go to our Send Gift Certificate Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page."

I have successfully setup the sale pages for gift certificates of several amounts, but:
- do not have a "send gift certificate page" anywhere
- do not have any links anywhere to "send gift certificate" including in the shopping cart box (ours is on the RH side- our choice)

I've not found any posts on the forum directly addressing this so I need some assistance.

You won't see anything about sending a Gift Certificate until you have purchased one.
