ok, first time installer here.

got it up and running..

problem: Had the warning message "I can write to config.php"..

Yeah, so I went back as your instructions say to... uh change them to the READ-ONLY but.. When I did that it let me go with the Admin one...

everything good till I went to change the second folder "Includes" back to READ-ONLY.. well, I got it once and was able to login as admin and still see the RED warning!..

Went and changed it a few more times, and now I can't change the chmod at all..

Any Ideas? It's stuck on Value: 66
..

so0.. first off The Includes when I went to change that to 644 or 444 it did not work... ..

So, I tried it again and stuck with leaving it as 777 till I got time.. but fooling around gets it to not work at all!

you need to change the FILE
configure.php to 644

this is in the FOLDER includes which needs to have the permissions left alone
