Moving Hosting and Upgrating to 1.3.7

I am moving to a new host and upgrading at the same time, I have my database backed up but I don't know how to restore in the new database it keep giving me some errors when I try to upload the tables

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1' at line 4

[FONT=Verdana]I had made a fresh install from1.3.6 to 1.3.7 I don't know which files to add or replace in the new install[/FONT]

you need to open your DB file in a good text editor, and do a search replace

DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1' to



replace it with blank
