Double product options in admin area

Hello,
on the site option values (option_values_manager.php) all options are shown two times. When I delete one option both entries disappear. Both entries have the same name and the same ID.
The shop has two languages but the mistake is as well in english as in the german page.
The shop is ported from an old oscommerce shop first to zen-cart 1.26 and later to all updates. It is now in version 1.37.

I think to fix this someone would need to review both your code and your database to see where things are broken or out of synch ...

I don't think anyone would really want to attempt this for free as it is a very time consuming task ...

Perhaps posting in the Commercial Help Wanted forum would help with a very very detailed explination of what you started with and the steps to upgrade etc.

I have it in every shop we have (four), so I thought it is a zen-cart mistake.
But if I am the only one who have it, I think it is, because I always copy the first running shop over the new onces to have all contributions in it. The same I do every time with the database.
All shops are running well so we have to live with this.

I think I'm having the same problem:



My Zen Cart version is the latest; I have never done upgrading. I have never touched the database or changed any codes..

What could have gone wrong to cause this??

PS. I do have two languages set up for the store as well....

That does not look like a standard Zen Cart Admin ...

Do you have add-ons that you are using?

It looks different because I changed the stylesheet for admin area (color, etc.) ...

Add-ons? I believe I do. But this problem exists BEFORE I installed any add-ons, so I don't think that's the problem...

Any idea?
