I want to remove Your Order Number is...

I don't want my customer to think they are the only one and I also don't want then to think I'm rich when they see Your Order Number is 4587.

Can I do this in Admin to shut it off on both the site and the emails?

Besides it would be better if there was a reference number and not an order number.
